The MySafety24x7 app is designed to make vehicle safety smart, simple, and instant.
It allows users to access multiple safety and assistance features — from reporting wrong parking and accidents to connecting with emergency services, roadside assistance, police support, car repairs, live fuel prices, insurance reminders, and resale valuation.
With just a scan of the vehicle’s QR code, anyone can instantly alert the car owner or their emergency contact in case of an issue — ensuring 24x7 safety, even when you’re not around.
How Do I Link My QR Code?
Once you’ve downloaded the MySafety24x7 app and registered your vehicle:
1️⃣ Log in and add your vehicle number and details.
2️⃣ Tap on “Buy/Add QR Code” under your listed vehicle.
3️⃣ From the popup, select “Link QR” and scan the QR code you received.
Made a mistake while linking?
No worries!
1️⃣ Click on the QR code icon under your vehicle.
2️⃣ Tap “Unlink QR Code” to remove the incorrect link.
3️⃣ Then simply re-link the correct QR code to your registered vehicle.
What Should I Do If My QR Code Gets Damaged?
If your QR decal is damaged, faded, or unreadable — contact our support team.
Send your registered vehicle number and contact details to [email protected] and our team will help you replace it promptly.
How Does Document Storage Help Me?
With MySafety24x7, you can upload and store all your important vehicle documents — insurance, RC, license, PUC, etc. — securely in our encrypted cloud storage.
This feature ensures you can access your documents anytime, anywhere — even if you lose the physical copies.

How Will My Emergency Contacts Be Notified?
In case of an accident or emergency, a bystander can easily alert your saved contacts by scanning your MySafety24x7 QR code or searching your vehicle number on the app.
Your emergency contacts (up to 2 registered numbers) will receive an SMS alert with the sender’s contact details and location information — allowing them to take quick action and ensure your safety.
